Graffiti Management
To help ensure New Plymouth is as graffiti-free as possible ahead of RWC2011, we encourage businesses and residents to assist in managing graffiti.
You can report graffiti incidents by calling on (09) 759 60 60. The graffiti will then be removed by council contractors.
