Getting to and from Stadium Taranaki is simple!
The Stadium is just a short walk from central New Plymouth and the Fanzone and many Real New Zealand Festival events.
Alternately, catch a bus and take the stress out of travel - a comprehensive bus service will be running alongside Taranaki's 3 matches, provided by New Plymouth District Council, Taranaki Regional Council and Tranzit Coachlines.
Remember - to catch a RWC 2011 District Match Day Bus you need to book and pre-purchase your ticket. Ring New Plymouth District Council on 7596060 for booking information.
New Plymouth urban bus routes
On match days all nine New Plymouth urban bus routes will have extended hours, and will cost only a gold coin to travel after 4.00pm.
On 11 September the nine routes will run at 8.30pm and 9.30pm, and on 15 and 26 September at 9.45pm and 10.30pm.
Shuttle buses
On match days shuttle buses will drive between the Ariki Street Bus Station and Stadium Taranaki for a gold coin each way.
On 11 September the buses run from 4.00pm to about 6.00pm, then take passengers back to the CBD from 7.30pm.
On 15 and 26 September the buses run from 5.30pm to about 7.30pm, then take passengers back to the CBD from 9.00pm.
Regional match buses
If you live outside New Plymouth, leave the car behind and take a bus!
