We have a vacant position for a proactive HR Advisor seeking their next career move. Based at our Whareroa site you will become part of our wider HR team responsible for supporting and delivering the Hub business plan.
This role, although part of a team will require someone who is experienced in working autonomously and preferably within a manufacturing and or unionised environment. Confident communication skills are a must have as is a sound knowledge of HR practices, legislation and a proven track record of implementing or being part of a team that has implemented change management programmes.
Your down to earth approach and ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the wider business will be a real asset in this role. You will relish the opportunity to build and establish effective working relationships, raising the capability of our key assets - our people. Working in a busy and dynamic environment, a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving will be required.
In order for you to be considered for this role we would prefer you to have a tertiary qualification in HR or a business related subject and/ or proven years experience within a similar role. If this sounds like your next career move then please apply today.
