Due to the recent development of Sport Taranaki's strategic plan. the organisation is entering an exciting new phase.  As a result there have been changes in the organisational structure and Sport Taranaki is seeking a GRx Patient Support Officer.

A GRx is a medical professionals advice to their patient to become more active to help in the management of their helath and medical condition.  The role of the GRx Patient Support person is to help motivate those who are referred and advise them on appropriate forms of physical activity.  Much of the support is provided via telecommunication and informal group education.
