Keystone Taranaki - Governance and Management in the Community The success or failure of an organisation relies on the effectiveness of its
governance and management. A poor relationship between the two can be
devastating. Within the community sector there is often a blurring of the
responsibilities so that trustees and managers aren’t sure who should be
doing what.
This workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to make
positive changes that will ensure their organisation becomes more effective.
Participants will leave the workshop with practical knowledge that can be used
immediately.
