	Governance Candidates
To assess your suitability for a governance role, please complete the self-assessment form below. Do you have governance experience? e.g. Local or regional council, board or committee, trust, Iwi or runanga, school board, etc Yes No B. Have you attended a governance training programme? Yes No C. If "no" to (A) and (B), are you prepared to undertake training in corporate governance? Yes No D. Do you see yourself as a person who can overview managers performing delegated functions? Yes No E. Do you consider that you prefer to work in overview roles, not operational roles? Yes No If you answered "yes" to two or more of the questions above, you may be a suitable candidate for a board appointment.
