Next year’s Rugby World Cup will be the biggest sporting event in New Zealand’s history. To ensure the nation and the region can deliver a fantastic World Cup event, the Festival is seeking 5,000 volunteers nationwide for a range of different roles.
To find out what volunteering for the Rugby World Cup will involve, and how you can play an important part in this major event, come along to the official RWC2011 Volunteering Roadshow at New Plymouth’s TSB Showplace on Tuesday 29 June. Two one-hour sessions are on offer, at 12.30 and 5.30, to give you all the info you need to make a valuable contribution to the success of New Zealand’s hosting of the Rugby World Cup.
