Venture Taranaki has a business training programme on offer that has been specifically designed for Taranaki’s Services Sector businesses. The businesses that take part will become better equipped to operate a more profitable and financially sustainable business.

Over six sessions lead presenter Craig Rust and a number of expert guests will expand your potential to grow and improve profitability. This is an amazing opportunity to challenge your business model and take your operation to the next level. Workshop content will cover planning, strategic marketing, branding and selling, leadership and management, workflow systems and financial management.

When: 22, 29 April and 6, 13, 20 & 27 May 2010, 9am- 12noon (must attend all 6 sessions)
