Venture Taranaki commissioned APR Consultants to undertake a series of monthly surveys to determine the numbers of visitors and visitor nights stayed in Taranaki. The private household surveys are based on random samples of households in the Taranaki Region. The survey does not include day visitors to Taranaki.
