Venture Taranaki Trust, the Taranaki region’s development agency, exists to grow the region and help its businesses and people reach their full potential. Venture Taranaki played an integral role in the establishment of the Oil and Gas Specialist Technologies group and continues to deliver marketing, facilitation and administration support to the group.
The groups' functionaility is:

The OGST Cluster has developed strongly over the years and is now one of the main sponsors of the newly formed New Zealand Petroleum Club (NZPC).
